mr. Son Ta

Founder, Foundation Chairman & CEO

Background in Finance/Business & Life Styles Management. Founder of SonTech Venture Capital Fund & SONTA Foundation & Living High Inc. Son is focusing on transferring wealth/knowledge from the Finance and Business World to Philanthropy Works that will improve social welfare. He believes that modern society has enough resources to make the world a better place.

mr. Hai Trong Phung

Co Founder

Background in Finance, Business and Management Consultancy in various industries for more than 19 years. Hai is an enthusiastic believer in people development and community investment. He is passionate about making positive impacts on the society and creating effective education environments that influence, motivate and inspire people to grow. Hai is a Co-founder of SonTa Foundation and supports the Foundation in managing overall operations in Vietnam.

ms. Vy Le

Co-founder & Foundation Admin

Background in Auditing, Finance & Accounting Consultancy for 10 years. Now, she focuses on education. She wants to help Vietnamese to improve their skills, knowledge and the quality of life as well. Over the course of her employment, she has been an active volunteer in Corporate Social Responsibility activities. She becomes a co-founder of SONTA Foundation in 2020 and handles the foundation administrator.

ms. Barbara Kotarski

International Volunteer Director

With a degree in business and several years of experience in ngo work in organizations such as Unicef and The Red Cross, I am passionate about bridging the gap between entrepreneurship and philanthropy. I firmly believe that every individual should have equal opportunities in life and a shared responsibility to give back to those less fortunate in whatever way possible. As a member of the SonTa Foundation team, my primary role entails providing guidance and support to volunteers throughout their engagement.

ms. Krystyna Pyszková

Foundation Representative

Krystyna Pyszková - The 71st Miss World in 2024 and Miss World Czech Republic in 2022. She joined the Foundation as a representative to spread the mission and spirit of the Foundation to the world. The free high-quality English Class project in Tanzania also accompanied Krystyna to enter the Top 10 Beauty With A Purpose at the Miss Word 2024 contest.

mr. Dinh Duc Nguyen

Vietnam First Secretary

After working in various INGOs and regional movements, Duc began to consult with grassroots NGOs. With a background in Human Rights and Political Science, Duc applies the rights-based approach to facilitate the activities of the SonTa Foundation in Vietnam and aims to connect the Foundation with various local and international partners. Duc conceptualises the working system of the SonTa Foundation in Vietnam and constructs the policies of the organisation.

ms. Esmee Nguyen

Vietnam Program & MarCom Manager

Esmee has a development orientation and dedication to Vietnamese education at NPO/NGO. With 9 years of experience, starting from an NGO summer camp at the age of 17, she has been closely involved in the path of educational development for Vietnamese children and youth. Esmee wants to help raise awareness and provide practical examples to change the current stressful and traditional learning status of Vietnamese students. Through this, An and the Foundation can reduce the proportion of youth facing difficulties in educational inequality as well as mental health problems that directly affect the future development ability of disadvantaged groups.

ms. My Nguyen

Vietnam Project Coordinator

Background in Development Anthropology and experienced in community-based sustainable development research, My aims to contribute her knowledge towards promoting equality and justice in Education, Healthcare, and Environment, especially for vulnerable groups, particularly children. She as a project assistant, who supports project coordination, management, and operation, hopes to positively impact society and bring social projects closer to young people thourgh SonTa Foundation.

mr. Oscar Kaleshu

Tanzania Secretary

Oscar has background in tourism industry for more than 8 years and he is very good at growing companies and NGOs. With a background in Wildlife management, Oscar applies the management skills to facilitate the activities of SonTa Foundation in Tanzania.

mr. Prosper Mtui

Tanzania Project Coordinator

Prosper has background in Project Management in different Companies and NGOs with Bachelor of Science in Business Information and Communication Technology, he has interest in improving the educational welfare for vulnerable groups, especially children. He believes that through SonTa Foundation, people will be inspired to participate in community work and contribute to improving social welfare. Primary role of Prosper is to manage and supervise all projects done by SonTa Foundation in Tanzania.
