TƯƠNG TRI - When Knowledge Is Shared Through Understanding

December 2025 - 0 minute to read

TƯƠNG TRI - Be Grateful is a gratitude-focused campaign initiated by SonTa Foundation and the Fearless English Program in celebration of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day (November 20). The campaign aims to express heartfelt appreciation to educators and volunteers who have been dedicating their time, care, and commitment to supporting underserved children through education.

Inspired by the concept of mutual understanding to understand and to be understood TƯƠNG TRI goes beyond a gesture of gratitude. It creates a space where teachers and learners, volunteers and students, can connect, reflect, and grow together through shared educational experiences.

The TƯƠNG TRI campaign is carried out through three main initiatives:

(1) TƯƠNG TRI Postcards - A Personal Thank You to Every Volunteer
Handwritten TƯƠNG TRI postcards are sent directly to each educational volunteer as a sincere token of appreciation. These postcards recognize the quiet dedication, time, and care that volunteers contribute to SonTa Foundation and the Fearless English Program, honoring their role in nurturing learning opportunities for children.

(2) “Little Hands, Paper Stars” - Students Expressing Gratitude
Through the creative workshop “Little Hands, Paper Stars,” Fearless English students create handmade paper stars as gifts for their teachers. By tearing, cutting, and assembling simple materials, students practice expressing gratitude, emotions, and joy while learning that education is not only about language skills, but also about empathy, creativity, and connection.

(3) “Illuminating the Teaching Journey” Talkshow - Stories That Inspire
“Illuminating the Teaching Journey” is an intimate talk show dedicated to young people pursuing careers in education and those passionate about advancing equitable access to learning. Beyond stories from SonTa Foundation, the talk show brings together reflections from educators across different contexts, sharing personal journeys, memories of those who once lit their path, and how they now carry that light forward for the next generation.

Through TƯƠNG TRI, SonTa Foundation seeks to affirm that education is not only the transmission of knowledge but also a shared journey of understanding, gratitude, and human connection.
