As one of the annual activities to encourage young people's pondering and understanding of social issues, the Community Initiative Competition organized by SonTa Foundation has gone through two seasons with two contest journals dedicated to the community [follow the contest journal at: https://bit.ly/3pq2v02 ]. As usual every year, SonTa Foundation launched the 2023 Community Initiative Competition with the theme "Applying Artificial Intelligence to Improve the Quality of Education for Vulnerable Groups" with the support of WordsMine, an English learning support tool using technology.
Through the development of artificial intelligence, exemplified by ChatGPT software, SonTa Foundation believes that there is tremendous potential for the application of technology in general and artificial intelligence in particular to our lives. Hence, SonTa Foundation - a non-profit organization working in the field of education, can not stop considering how to apply these technological achievements to support vulnerable groups in society, which already have a certain gap with their peers due to physical and financial barriers.
Therefore, through the competition, we hope to call for the attention of society to the use of artificial intelligence in supporting such vulnerable groups. With the support of technology and the ability to connect information, the education path of this community could go further and more sustainably.
