Founded by former President Barack Obama in 2013, the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) is one of the most appealing exchange programs for young people in the region who are dedicated to positive community change. With a community-oriented goal in mind, many program candidates are NGO workers or founders of social movements and community projects. You could find cool things through listening to this episode and gain more experience in applying for YSEALI programs!
The NGO’s homie for this episode is Nguyễn Thị Cẩm Tú, who currently works as a Fundraising officer for Good Neighbors International in Vietnam and is also the Founder of Let's Do It Hanoi. Tu participated in the YSEALI Academic Fellowship program in 2022 with the theme of Civic Engagement. Dinh Duc - as the podcast host - is the Secretary of SonTa Foundation and participated in the YSEALI Professional Fellowship program in 2022 with the theme of Governance and Society.
